Full and balanced coffee
This coffee is an ode to the rich history of Rome. Due to the light roasting you can taste the woody, roasted and soft notes.
ORIGIN
The tropical climate of a region is good for the quality of coffee. The Arabica's in the Roma come from a unique terroir: volcanic soil that is rich and fertile because of the rain and trees that bring coolness and shade. This makes the coffee known as one of the best in the region, but a rainy season also means wet soil. This means that the coffee must be dried mechanically - instead of naturally in the sun, which is ideal.
ROASTING
Within the AAA program, Nespresso sponsored raised drying beds, which allow the coffee to dry naturally and maintain its finesse. We braved the challenges of Mother Nature and that led to unmistakable finesse in the cup.

Met melk
Zelfs het kleinste drupje melk gaat perfect samen met de intense tonen van de Roma, waardoor een zachte, romige koffie ontstaat. Tonen van karamel geven een accent aan de verleidelijke zoetheid en creëren een elegante cappuccino. In het romige melkschuim van een latte macchiato blijven de zoete houtaroma’s bewaard en gaan samen met tonen van karamel.
