Almond and vanilla
The smooth and refreshing taste of Barista Creations Flavoured Sunny Almond Vanilla Over Ice has us cruising into a Mediterranean summer. Iced almond drinks are very common in Mediterranean countries like Italy, Greece or Spain, especially during hot summer days. This indulgent ice coffee is our own gift to you, to enjoy a Nespresso coffee and keep it cool this summer.
ROASTING
The first part of this blend gets a light and short to enhance the delicate notes typical of Ethiopian Arabica. The second gets a medium roast to bring balance and roundness to the cup.
RECIPES
Black Cold: Fill a glass with 180g of ice cubes and add 80ml of our delightful coffee to the glass and finalize by pouring 180 of aqua panna water.
White Cold: Fill a glass with 180g of ice cubes, add 80ml of our delightful coffee to the glass and finalize by pouring Add 180ml of cold cow milk (1.5% fat content)

GOLDEN SUNRISE DELIGHT
• Into a small Barista Recipe Glass, place 2 ice cubes (of 30g each), and add 15g of honey.
• Then, into your Aeroccino, pour 120ml of 1.5% cold milk, close the lid and press the cold foam button.
• Once ready, pour the cold milk foam into the Barista Recipe Glass, over the ice and honey, making sure to leave a little bit of room at the top.
• Extract 80ml of Sunny Almond Vanilla Over Ice into the glass.
• Top it off with slivered Almond pieces, lemon zest and for a little extra sweetness, a drizzle of honey.
