Yes, Nespresso Professional coffee capsules are made from aluminium – the best material to protect the freshness and quality of our coffees, which has the additional benefit of being infinitely recyclable. The used coffee grounds inside our capsules can also go on to a second life.

Nespresso Professional offers a free recycling kit for customers to collect large quantities of used coffee capsules. When you order, you will receive a free Bulk Recycling Kit, containing three boxes which can each hold up to 1,500 capsules. Once a box is full, you can arrange a free pick-up to send the capsules to Nespresso’s recycling facility.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fault to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Each Nespresso Professional machine has a warranty period, meaning any replacement, repairs or refunds required to fix your machine will be covered free of charge during this time. Outside of the warranty period, we can also facilitate this for you at a set repair fee.
