Ingredients:

10ml Pedro Ximenez sherry
30ml spiced rum
20ml Campari
30ml Ristretto
orange peel garnish

Method:

• Place all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
• Shake and double strain into a small port or brandy glass.
• Garnish with an orange twist.
