If you are having difficulties logging into your online account, please follow
the steps below:
1. Make sure you are accessing the site in the correct nationality by confirming

2. If you are a Nespresso domestic customer, visit our domestic Line
website here.
3. Use the same email address registered to your Nespresso account on the
professional line and check that you have entered it correctly. Your Nespresso
domestic account email does not enable access to the Professional Line account. If
you are not sure which email address is currently registered, please contact one of our Experts on 0800 7777 747 (Mon. to Sun., 8 am to 10 pm).
4. If you don't remember your password, you can reset it through the option 'forgot
your password?' . This will send you an email to reset
your account password. Please allow up to 30 minutes for it to
arrive and check all your email and spam folders as this email can
sometimes be diverted there. The link will remain valid for 3
days.
5. If you need to reset your password, try not to use one of the
last 5 passwords registered on the site. Remember that your new
password must respect the mandatory criteria and be a strong password: - Be at least
8 characters long; - A number; - A capital
letter.
6. If you have recently changed your password, your browser may have
an old password saved. Try clearing Cookies from your browser or
open an incognito tab (Ctrl + Shift + N) and try again to login with
the new password.
