The best options for this are using either our Aeroccino4 or ProSteamer milk frothers, as these can be washed and prepare any alternative milks. These are available to purchase separately or are included in our Small Office Starter Packs.

Each Nespresso Professional machine has a warranty period, meaning any repairs, parts or labour required to fix your machine will be covered free of charge during this time. Outside of the warranty period, we can also facilitate this for you at a set repair fee. You’re also able to purchase a Service Package with your machine, which covers additional benefits for an extended period, including products descaling for peace of mind.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fault to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Each Nespresso Professional machine has a warranty period, meaning any replacement, repairs or refunds required to fix your machine will be covered free of charge during this time. Outside of the warranty period, we can also facilitate this for you at a set repair fee.

The warranty period on Nespresso Professional machines are as follows:

Zenius: 1 year warranty

Aguila range: 2-year warranty
