Frequently asked questions
There is no cost for creating, modifying and cancelling your Standing Order. You will be able to benefit from free delivery for any order of 300 capsules or higher. Your Standing Order can be set up via the Nespresso website under My Account or by calling Nespresso on 0800 466 060 toll free.
Standing Order is here to facilitate the way you order Nespresso products. There are no contractual obligations for continuing to use the Standing Order service. You can easily create, modify or cancel any Standing Order through My Account.
For customers with Operating Machine contracts, specific restrictions are applied to the online modification of the frequency, next shipment date and the amount of capsules for your Standing Order as per your contract. For any further changes or queries please Nespresso on 0800 466 060 toll free.
Standing Order allows you to receive your favourite Nespresso coffee capsules and a limited range of accessories as often as you would like and to the address of your choice to prevent you from running out of your favourite Nespresso coffee and to save you time and effort when ordering. You can set up, modify or cancel your Standing Order on the Nespresso website or by calling Nespresso on 0800 466 060 toll free.
As part of the Standing Order features you will be notified three days prior to the shipment of your following Standing Order via email. If you wish to modify the delivery address, products or delivery and payment information after receiving this email, you can do so until the day before dispatch at midnight for example 11:59 PM on January 3 for an order shipping on January 4.
All information relevant to your Standing Order such as next scheduled date, delivery address and payment can be found under My Account upon logging in.
Any Standing Orders containing more than 300 capsules will be delivered free of charge. All other deliveries will be charged at $8. To review delivery options please visit our services page.
All customers can benefit from Nespresso Professional promotions for which they are eligible. Please note however that not all promotional items, available for a limited time, are available for ordering via the Standing Order service. For those promotions involving Limited Edition products, we recommend placing a separate order to benefit from the promotion. If you are then overstocked on your Nespresso coffee, you may then choose to extend your next shipment date on your Standing Order.
The remainder of your order will ship. You will only be charged for shipped items. An order with an out of stock item will ship nonetheless and we will alert you by email of the shipment and the non-shipped items. If the out of stock item is permanently discontinued you may then want to update your regular Standing Order to remove this from future orders.
The Standing Order service features the entire range of Nespresso coffee capsules as well as frequently used accessories such as sugar, paper cups and similar accessories. We encourage you to place a separate order for Nespresso machines and accessories that are typically ordered less frequently.
