Brazil is our smooth talker. It starts with mild Brazilian Arabicas from the arid Savannahs of the Cerrado region. They give this origin coffee its characteristic toasted sweet cereal note. We blend in semi-washed processed Bourbon coffee beans from southern Brazil's hilltop plantations and São Paulo estates which gives this capsule its elegant, honeyed sweetness.

PREPARATION
Best served as an espresso. Also recommended as a ristretto.
Enjoy with milk as a Latte to bring out toasted notes and a smooth caramel aroma.
ORIGIN
This is an all-Brazilian Arabica coffee blend with a sweet cereal note characteristic of its origin. Some of the Arabica coffees are from hilltop plantations in Brazil's southern Minas Gerais state as well as São Paulo estate, but we started with a few varieties grown in the arid savannah plains of the Cerrado region.
ROASTING
To get the satiny texture and warming toasted notes of Brazil, we split-roasted the Brazilian Arabica coffees, giving a light roast to the naturally processed (unwashed) coffee from the Cerrado region and a longer, yet gentle roast to develop the Bourbon coffee beans' sweetness.
AROMATIC PROFILE
Brazil is elegant and delicate, and neither bitter nor acidic. Its classic Brazilian sweet cereal notes and hint of toasted grain makes it a winner if you're looking for an exceptionally smooth and mild coffee.
