The RELOVE project was created to give Nespresso's machines a second life, making an alternative with a more positive impact to our customers. The name RELOVE is inspired by the idea of circularity (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), adding the love and care dedicated to recovered machines.

RELOVE machines are Nespresso, except they have been refurbished. These machines benefit from the same features and expertise as any Nespresso machine. All reconditioned machines are reviewed by our technicians before sale. They are in good condition, but may have small signs of use, which do not compromise the functioning of the machine.

This project has been under development since the beginning of 2023, so at this stage you can find a Nespresso RELOVE machine from the Original range in Boutiques in Colombo, Vasco da Gama and Cascais or by calling the toll-free number 800 260 260. Soon, it will be available in all boutiques, on the website and on the app. Even so, being reconditioned machines, their availability is limited to existing stock.

The return policy is exactly the same as a regular Nespresso machine. Returns are subject to the return policy.

As with all new Nespresso machines, RELOVE machines has the same three-year warranty and 1-year for business clients.

In addition to recycling capsules, Nespresso wants to take another step in its commitment to sustainability and extend the useful life of its coffee machines. This means reducing environmental impact and contributing positively to society.
