Ristretto Intenso
Ristretto Intenso is our champion short cup packing a powerful punch of peppery spice and woody notes. A velvety crema develops from this dark roast, blending Robusta beans from India and Uganda — two renowned fine Robusta origins — with Brazilian Arabica. With a creamy mouthfeel and intense flavour, this one goes the distance.
Origin
This blend features a majority of Robusta beans - sourced from the renowned origins of India and Uganda - combined with dryprocessed arabicas from Brazil.
Roasting
Ristretto Intenso is roasted in two splits:One composed exclusively of Robustas and the other combining arabicas and Robustas for a slightly lighter roast that preserves the distinct Robusta notes.
