Origin

An all-Arabica blend composed mostly of high grown beans from Nicaragua and Guatemala.

Roasting

Both splits get a dark and slow roast to build intensity and intensify the cereal, spicy and woody notes of this coffee.

1. DECAFFEINATED COFFEE BEANS

 We first start with unroasted coffee beans and transfer out the caffeine. These beans are then used to create decaffeinated coffee.

2. SAVE EXTRACTED CAFFEINE

 We isolate the caffeine extract and save it for green coffee in the Stormio Go blend.

3. STEAM-TREAT THE GO COFFEE BEANS

 We then give the green coffee beans selected for the Stormio Go blend a steam treatment, to allow the entry of caffeine molecules into the unroasted beans.

4. INFUSE THE GO COFFEE BEANS WITH CAFFEINE EXTRACT

 We infuse the beans with the caffeine extract to raise the coffee’s total caffeine content. Now the beans are ready for roasting to create Stormio. *Stormio Go contains Approximatively 200mg caffeine per mug. The regular STORMIO blend contains approximatively 165mg caffeine..
