Caramello Apple Brûlée Cappuccino

Ingredients

Barista Device

Barista Cappuccino Cup

1 capsule - 40 ml | BC Flavoured Caramello​

100 ml | Milk

5 gr | Caramel Sauce

2 gr | Brown Sugar

40 gr | Fresh Apple
How to make

  1. Pour cold milk directly into the Barista device (up to lowest level). Close the lid, select cappuccino recipe on the device and press the start button.​
  2. Add caramel sauce on the bottom of a barista small cup.
  3. Brew 40ml of BC Flavoured Caramello on top.
  4. With the barista device spoon, add the hot milk foam on the coffee.
  5. Garnish with brown sugar over it. With a burner caramelized the sugar on top.
  6. Add freshly sliced apple over the foam.
