After your friend’s machine is shipped, you’ll receive an email in the next 3 days confirming 25% off up to 10 sleeves of coffee is available. (Your contact preferences must be open for the code to be sent.)

It may take up to 1 business day for newly opened accounts to be activated. Once activated, you can use your sponsor reference code.
To see your referral code, you must be signed in to your Nespresso account and go to the Nespresso Referral Program page. Only current Nespresso customers will have a referral code, so if you have not purchased coffee directly from Nespresso before, you will not have a referral code to share. After making your first coffee purchase, you can expect to see your referral code within 1 week.
Your referral code can be redeemed up to 3 times- that’s 3 friends you can share with! For each friend that successfully redeems your promo code, you will automatically get 25% discount for coffee purchase up to 10 sleeves. If you refer 3 friends, that’s 25% discount of total of 30 sleeves of coffee.
You can refer anyone who isn't already Nespresso Club Member. Referral codes only work on first-time Nespresso purchases, so if your friend has ordered with us before, the referral codes and rewards won’t work.
In order for our customers who forward the reference code to their friends to receive the discount code, the E-mail option in the Contact Preferences must be selected.
After your friend’s machine is shipped, you’ll receive an email confirming your 25% discount for coffee purchase up to 10 sleeves. This can take up to 3 business days. After 3 business days, if you haven't still received a confirmation mail, you can get in touch with Nespresso Customer Contact Center.
