- Step 01
- Cut a ring from the grapefruit and cut again into quarters for garnish
- Step 02
- Cut a wedge from the grapefruit and save for later
- Step 03
- Place the ice cubes into a recipe glass
- Step 04
- Add tonic water to the glass
- Step 05
- Extract Volluto directly over the top
- Step 06
- Squeeze the juice from the grapefruit wedge, directly on to the crema
- Step 07
- Garnish with grapefruit (slide around the edge of the glass to enhance the taste of grapefruit)
