A refreshing iced coffee recipe that will enhance the refined aromatics of our Ethiopia coffee. Add a coriander twist to reinforce the coffee’s fine floral notes.
PREPARATION
- 1. Place 90g ice cubes (3 ice cubes) into a glass.
- 2. Extract 40 ml (one Espresso extraction) coffee on top.
- 3. Pour water over the ice and coffee.
- 4. Add ground coriander for a spicy touch if desired.

- - 1 Ethiopia coffee capsule
- - 90g ice cubes
- - 90ml water
- - 1/8 teaspoon of ground coriander seeds (optional)
