Characteristics
An aromatic and sweet blend with notes of toasted sesame, caramel, and a mix of nuts, including peanuts. The cereal-like undertones of oat and barley add a toasty and nutty flavor.
Latin American beans are roasted medium dark and quickly to develop sweetness. The other coffees are roasted a bit longer to develop a velvety texture. We add the flavour in after roasting.

Origin
This coffee is created with Latin American coffees, mainly from Peru and Costa Rica. We add intensity to blend by using a touch of high-grade Robusta.
Roasting
This coffee uses the split roast technique to create intensity and complexity. The first split is composed exclusively of Arabicas and is lighter, while the second one is a mix of arabicas and robustas and is roasted darker to develop body and roastiness.
