An intense coffee with a toasted cereal flavor reminiscent of bread crust. A secondary woody note adds depth, while a hint of nutty notes and brown spices provide gives personality to the blend.
This coffee uses the split roast technique to create intensity and complexity. The first split is composed exclusively of Arabica and is lighter, while the second one is a mix of arabicas and robustas and is roasted darker to develop body and roastiness.
This coffee is created with Latin American coffees, mainly from Peru and Costa Rica. We add intensity to blend by using a touch of high-grade Robusta.
