HIGH UP IN THE ANDES
We travelled the world in search of organic coffee beans of unrivalled quality and it was at the top of the Peruvian Andes, close to the equator, that we finally discovered the ideal terroir. Master Origins Peru Organic has been grown at an altitude of over 1'600 metres, in a region with a unique tropical microclimate. The arabica cherry, grown in Peru, is a fragile plant species that requires constant care. After four years of meticulous care respecting the cycles of nature, the cherries are harvested and dried in the sun before the parchment is removed by hand. This separation process, as well as the climate and soil conditions, have an impact on the result of the coffee in the cup.

Origins
It is a 100% Peruvian arabica crafted by remote smallholder farmers in Peru’s remote Andes’ mountains. The fertilisers used are made on-site from natural local components, thus allowing for organic certification.



Roasting
Peru Organic is a single-origin coffee roasted in two parts to bring a nuanced complexity to the final cup. The two splits are lightly roasted and highlight the bright and smooth character of the blend while revealing the exotic fruity notes.
Recipes
Served as a latte macchiato, Peru Organic reveals a well-balanced milky character with notes of sweet caramel and hazelnut.
