Alto Ambrato is a delicate blend with light toasted bread and honey notes and a light body.

Origins
Arabica and robusta coffees give rich warmth to this light-roast long cup. Taste toasted cereal and sweet caramel notes balanced by a fruity touch.


Roasting
The first split consists of the majority of the volume and is composed of arabicas from Nicaragua and Colombia and a portion of robusta. The roasting profile preserves the finer aromatics. The second split is composed exclusively of arabicas, both regular and decaffeinated, to maintain a moderate level of caffeine, and is roasted to a similar degree to the first.
