Origins
Odacio is a blend of Nicaraguan and East African arabica coffees. The Nicaraguan highlands produce arabica coffees with a fine and fresh acidity and a green apple note that turns to a distinct cereal note when you give them a long roast. Odacio also has a touch of Ethiopian coffee in the blend. It adds a


Roasting
We split-roast the coffees in the Odacio Vertuo coffee capsule. The Nicaraguan beans get a long roast that develops its cereal note and gives the blend structure and body. The Ethiopian coffee beans also get a long roast because it helps reveal this coffee’s delicate notes. Both roasts are long but light – which is why Odacio hits your palate with great elegance.
