An aromatic and sweet blend with notes of toasted sesame, caramel, and a mix of nuts, including peanuts. The cereal-like undertones of oat and barley add a toasty and nutty flavour.

Roasting
Latin American beans are roasted medium dark and quickly to develop sweetness. The other coffees are roasted a bit longer to develop a velvety texture. We add the flavour in after roasting.
