CRAFTED BY HAND IN HARMONY WITH THE LAND
We went to great lengths in search of exceptional organic coffee beans - and high up, tucked into the slopes of the Peruvian Andes, we discovered a perfect environment. Peru Organic was grown at an altitude of over 1'600 meters, in a region with a unique tropical microclimate.

Fruity and balanced
Peru Organic is a fruity coffee with distinct green vegetable notes. The coffee’s fine acidity is beautifully balanced by its contrasting aromas of sweet, toasted cereals.
Has a taste similar to cocoa or dark chocolate.

Offers a dry sensation in the mouth, evoking lemon.
Usually perceived on the sides of the tongue.

Origins
The arabica cherry, as grown in Peru, is a fragile plant species that requires constant care. This is why we have been working with coffee growers in the Huabal region to produce organic-certified coffee from our AAA Sustainable Quality Program. Our experts advise and accompany the coffee growers on site and support them with the necessary technology.
Roasting
After going to such great lengths to source the finest organic Peruvian coffee, it was only natural to take the same care in roasting this coffee. Peru Organic is a single origin coffee roasted in two parts to bring a nuanced complexity to the final cup. The two splits are lightly roasted and highlight the bright and smooth character of the blend while revealing the exotic fruity notes
