Origins
Ristretto Classico is crafted using a blend of top-grade, fully washed arabicas from Honduras, El Salvador, and Guatemala.
Roasting
This coffee is roasted in a single batch, inspired by traditional ristretto recipes. A short yet dark roast allows it to develop intensity while preserving some fruitiness.

As a cappuccino, Ristretto Classico offers a good balance between coffee, milk and a deliciously sweet caramel note.
