The Barista Creations for recipes with milk are specially developed to ensure the perfect harmony between coffee and milk. Not all coffees go equally well with milk. So we didn't leave the perfect combination of coffee and milk to chance. Of all the coffees we could find, we selected the most refined Arabicas from Ethiopia and Colombia to create the Scuro. With split-roasting, one part of the blend gets a long and dark roast and the other is roasted much shorter and lighter. When you combine the two, the blend develops the special roasted character that goes very well with the sweetness of milk.
