ORIGIN
For the Barista Creations Flavored Caramello, we have added the nutty sweetness of the classic caramel flavor to our base blend of South American Arabicas. The creamy nutty taste of caramel rounds off the delicious biscuit note of the coffee and effortlessly complements the smooth taste. The light roasting of the Brazilian and Colombian beans ensures that the texture, flavors and aromas of the coffee are strong enough to carry the unmistakable caramel taste.
ROAST
Split roast, the Brazilian coffee is lightly roasted to keep it smooth and with all its malted cereal notes intact, while the majority of the Colombian coffee beans get a short roast to release all their finer aromatics. A fine grind adds a glimmer of intensity to this harmonious coffee.
