Harmonious coffee, perfect with milk
We present the Scuro, a coffee designed to accompany milk. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to make the perfect coffee recipes at home, inspired by the expertise of the best baristas in the world.
ORIGIN
We chose Arabicas from Colombia and Ethiopia which we roasted in a very contrasting way to create an intensely roasted coffee that is in perfect harmony with milk.
ROASTING
The Scuro has a split roasting: one part has had a long dark roast, the other part a faster light roast.

With milk
The BARISTA CREATIONS for recipes with milk have been specially developed to ensure the perfect harmony between coffee and milk. Not all coffees go well with milk. So we didn't leave the perfect combination of coffee and milk to chance. From all the coffees we could find, we selected the finest Arabica's from Ethiopia and Colombia to create the Scuro. Just the right roast is the key to a perfect harmony of coffee and milk. We tested different combinations and found that for the ideal flavor balance we needed to use an extreme ratio in our split roasting technique. Some of the blend will have a long and dark roast and the other will be roasted much shorter and lighter. When you combine the two, the blend develops the special roasted character that goes very well with the sweetness of milk.
