Ispirazione Roma
The fragrance wafting out of Rome’s traditional coffee bars is testament to a rich history of contrasts: popular tastes, tempered by the capital’s elegance. This complexity is mirrored in a subtle roast of primarily Brazilian and Mexican coffee, balancing intensity and finesse and deep flavour spiked with hints of acidity.
Roasting
We gave Roma a subtle light roast. It balances the intensity and deep flavor of the coffee with that hint of acidity that gives Roma its elegance. A fine grind preserves the coffees’ aromatic finesse. It helps keep Roma strong yet mild.
With milk
Add milk froth to Roma to make a Cappuccino and you’ll see how it brings out the sweetness and gives it a creamy, caramel taste without losing any charm.
