World Explorations Tokyo Lungo
Known for tea, the Japanese also have a real affinity for coffee. Striving for sophistication and natural sweetness, they love both a rich coffee and a balance of elegant aromas. World Explorations Tokyo Lungo captures the essence of these preferences with refined Ethiopian and Mexican Arabicas. Complex, floral, with a hint of acidity - you will be pleasantly surprised by this cup.
Roasting
Tokyo Vivalto Lungo is roasted using a split roast technique, with each origin roasted individually. On the first split, Ethiopian beans go through a fast roast that preserves acidity and the delicate flowery notes. For the second one, Mexican beans are roasted for slightly longer time to develop some intensity and body, while still preserving the balance character of the blend.
With milk
As a latte, Tokyo Vivalto Lungo becomes a creamy, sweet and balanced cup. This complex long coffee will still keep for you the roasted notes and a fine touch of floral/fruity notes.
