Nespresso Click And Collect service is available at all Nespresso Boutiques – Simply follow the steps below to avoid having to queue:

  1. Place your order online
  2. Select "Boutique Pick up" and an available Boutique location at checkout.
  3. You will receive an email confirming your order is ready within 30 minutes of placing your order.
  4. Head to the Boutique, approach the Nespresso Coffee Specialist at the front and show them your order confirmation to receive your order.
  5. You can also add your Nespresso Membership Card to your Mobile Wallet via the App to access your membership benefits and streamline your next visit to the Boutique.

Please note:

  • During peak periods there may be delay in preparing your order, please show your order confirmation to prioritise your collection in-store.
  • Boutique pick-up is available 1 hour after the Boutique opens and ends 1hr before close.
  • Dependent on stock availability in the Boutique.
  • Orders can only be collected during Boutique opening times.
  • Orders will be held in store for a maximum of 7 days. If not collected, the order will be refunded.
