• Never use vinegar as it can damage your machine.
• Never fill up the water tank during the descaling process.
• Do not swallow.

When and why you should descale.
Descaling ensures that every coffee tastes as perfect as the first day.
It’s important to give your coffee machine a deep clean to keep everything working and obtain the perfect cup of coffee, time after time. Descaling your machine every 6-12 months will remove mineral build up that can impact on your machine’s performance, taste and temperature of your coffee.

• Your coffee has a dirty/burnt taste to it.
• Your machine or steamer is making strange noises when you use it.
