Broken straw with no replacement.

I bought this tumbler last year and have used it less than five times. However, the straw is broken because of the low quality, and they don’t sell replacements. Since this tumbler is designed to be used with a straw, it becomes unusable without one. I’m really disappointed that they offer no solution. I wouldn’t recommend this product because nespresso clearly didn’t consider this issue when selling it.

No material stated on the packaging. I doubt if it is real Tritan otherwise it should be able to put warm or even hot liquid just like baby bottle. However it only suitable for cold drinks (sorry not for coke). Very narrow usage.
