Its a nice little machine, adequate for our small office needs.

I have just bought my third machine even though I have had the same issues with each, the current one also. The problem has been a large amount of water/coffee ending up in the used capsule container (15ml from each brew, which I have been told is normal), still happening with current machine. Nobody in Nespresso has any answer so I am emptying the container on a regular basis.

I have had the original for almost 10 years and I love it. I am a big fan of lattes and will find any excuse to get one out. This machine has saved me so much money. There are so many different options for coffee honestly something for everyone.

This is my second CitiZ&milk. Hope this one last as long as the first one.

My go-to each morning! I love the strength of the coffee that comes out of this machine. It reminds me of a warm espresso in Europe. The design is sleek and seems like it will last a long time.

If you're looking at this item, and debating on whether or not to purchase it, it's fair to assume that you're looking for something easy and convenient, but not at the expense of quality. I have great news! The all around quality of this machine is superb, and I've owned one for quite a while now, and have plenty of experience with it.

Love this. The milk froth is cool or warm and always delicious. It’s quick, sleek design, easy to use and clean up. The coffee is absolutely delicious.

This machine is petite so fits perfectly in the smallest of spaces. Size doesn’t matter in this case as it makes the best coffees and milk is always spot on. It’s a great cafe style coffee in your own home. Easy to use and even easier to clean and maintain. No mess no fuss. Recommend to everyone

Then found a V machine at a bargain and tried it out.... still not as good a the CitiZ machine. So, Here we are, with another new CitiZ machine, with Frother, and enjoying life. Life is good, especially in the mornings with a great cup of Nespresso....

I really like how the coffe is made by this machine. Its does the work. I would put lore option in sizes! But nothing serious that makes no possible to drink it

I’ve had my nespresso for about 6 years now and it still works fine. I’m surprised I haven’t had to replace it yet. My only issue with nespresso is that the pods are pricey and compatible pods don’t drip as well.

I bought this machine and I absolutely love it 🥰. My only issue is that I recently moved and the movers lost the drip tray and cracked the lid on the cup on the side. Are there replacements that you are able to purchase?
