What is the milk technology of the steam wand?

It features an innovative automatic steam pipe which is capable of: Adjustable milk temperature (11 settings) Adjustable froth/ foam quality (8 texture levels) Temperature sensing Fast, self-cleaning – automatic purging of the steam wand after each use

What are the difference between the Creatista Plus and Creatista Uno?

The Creatista Plus machine offers even greater variety with 8 different milk textures (as opposed to the 3 offered by Creatista Uno), 11 milk temperatures (3 for Creatista Uno). In addition, the Creatista Plus is made from metal with a stainless steel outer.

How do I obtain a perfect milk froth?

For optimal milk texturizing, use fresh, refrigerated full cream or skim milk. It is recommended to use the milk jug provided with the machine.

How do I take care of my machine?

To ensure the best hygienic conditions, it is highly recommended emptying and cleaning the capsule container every day. Additionally, we highly recommend that you perform the Milk System Cleaning Procedure monthly or when the steam wand clean alert LED is on. It takes approximately 10 minutes. Descale when prompted by flashing descale alert LED. It takes approximately 15 minutes. Please note that the machine will stop you from use if the descale cycle has not been performed within 10 uses from when the descale alert first appears and descale alert LED will be solid on.

How do I restore this machine to factory settings/reprogram this machine?

From the Nespresso Creatista Plus machine you will need to: 1. Select SETTINGS 2. Select RESET 3. Select FACTORY RESET 4. Select the validation icon to confirm 5. Select the cancel / cross icon to cancel 6. Machine will power off 7. On next use, you will need to refer to first use instructions

Are the machine parts dishwasher safe?

No parts of the machine are dishwasher safe and should not be put in the dishwasher. However, the stainless steel milk jug that comes with the machine can be put into the dishwasher.

Researched these various products quite thoroughly. Swapping a 13 year old Nespresso de longhi machine. This breville machine does what it says it will do and does it well. Coffees is great, frother works well, milk self cleaning is great. Stainless steel Looks nice in our kitchen. Happy buyer so far. Hope I get 13 years out of this one as well.

Have had problems with this Creatista Plus machine after having it for only 6 months. Constantly says I need to replace steam wand even after cleaning wand and mescaline the machine. If I unplug it and leave it alone for a couple of weeks, it might work for a couple of days. Will not buy any nespresso machines or their pods again

Very disappointed in this machine for the price. I have constant descaling and cleaning the steam wand error messages that will not go away despite descaling and cleaning the steam wand. I have replaced the steam wand and followed the manufacture's troubleshooting guide, and it still has error messages. Somedays the machine works and somedays not. Very unreliable machine! Warranty on this machine sucks, especially for the price I paid. Do yourself a favor and Do Not Buy!

This was such a great investment! I love that I can drink espressos at home and it saves me so much time and money. The milk frother helps make lattes, cappuccino, and flats. This was super easy to use to. I usually buy my espresso pods when there is a good sale and stock up. I had this machine for a few years and I never get disappointed.

This thing is great! We’ve had this model for several years now and it’s still going strong. It gets used multiple times a day, every day. I love that it can froth milk too and it’s not a pain to clean the frother. I did end up getting a separate frother from nespresso eventually that had a cold option. I actually prefer the milk frother on the machine when making a hot latte though. Just because it’s convenient really. We used to have a standard coffee machine and ended up giving it away because this completely replaced it!

Bought this in 2018, and it is still making amazing coffee. We love it so much, we bought one for our mom! Smallest issue started about a year ago, it drips after doing a coffee. Only 5-6 drips each time. Also, since it's lasted so long, would be great to be able to buy a new front panel and capsule catch tray as they are getting a bit scratched from all the use! I will say, it doesn't like non nespresso capsule brands much, but, it's okay- we don't either!! Highly recommend this machine, will buy another when this eventually dies.

I have owned this product for a year. It does an amazing job on any setting selected, be it coffee or milk or both. My only real issue is when a cleaning beyond a mere descaling, the prompts on the digital screen become quite confusing and somewhat counter intuitive. When the two lights remain blinking after a descaling, it becomes frustrating and any solution beyond that point has appeared to be accidental and coincidental. My tech phobia doesn’t help but the machine’s interface should help me get past my frustrations.

I really loved this machine when I first got it. I used it daily and cleaned it and maintained it per instructions. Unfortunately, the frother wand stopped working after 6 months. I went through a lengthy process to get it shiped and fixed. I ended up with a new one after a shipping error, which I am happy to have. But I am worried about the longevity of this product.

Bought this machine in 2020. Within the two years the coffee started tasting weird. Even after de-scaling it multiple times. The coffee still tastes weird. It seems like the machine is not clean from inside. Every espresso shot is inconsistent and I have stopped using the machine. I would never buy a Nespresso machine again.

I purchased my machine in June 2019, wow how time flies, and it features are better than expected. I can make any coffee drink that a Starbucks barista can make at home, for a fraction of the price. The selection of coffee never disappoints and the steam wand works great. My wife does not like coffee but enjoys chai tea lattes and who does not enjoy a good hot chocolate in the wintertime? The steam wand allows you to make many drinks with use and clean up as easy as it gets.
