If I had to suggest any espresso machine that everyone should own, it would be the Creatista Plus! I’ve owned this machine for 3 years now and it works just like the day I first purchased it. The slim, compact machine fits perfectly on your counter top without taking up too much space. Plus, the sleek, classic design looks so high-end. The machine menu offers many espresso drink options such as cappuccino, lattes, flat white and so on. I personally love the cappuccino feature, they come out perfect every time! A cool (literally!) feature the machine has is being able to froth the milk with cold temperatures if you’re looking to make an iced drink. This is a great manual espresso machine that makes the perfect drink every time, without fail. I highly suggest the Creatista Plus and would be a great addition to any wedding registry!

Machine worked great until it stopped dispensing water. Nothing happens when you try to make coffee. No error. No suction. No coffee :( For the price I expected the life of the machine to be more than couple of years.

We've had the Creatista Plus for 4 years and use it everyday. It is makes fantastic espressos and lattes! Never had any mechanical issues. Just follow the maintenance prompts when they appear on the display. For the best cup of your favorite coffee, use Nespresso brands. We tried non-Nespresso brand coffee pods and found them to be not as flavorful. My wife especially loves the coconut pod for a summer iced latte.

When I purchased this machine I was quite skeptical, but now I have to say that it’s incredibly good! Additionally, the machine has multiple milk temperature settings, so you can customize your drink to your exact liking. The machine is also incredibly easy to use, thanks to its intuitive interface. The touch screen display is clear and easy to read, and the machine's menu is straightforward and user-friendly. With just a few taps, you can select your drink, adjust the milk temperature, and even personalize the amount of coffee and milk used. Highly recommended

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this for two weeks and am still learning everything it does, but the coffee and the cappuccino are excellent and made very quickly.

Words cannot express how much of a fan I am of this product. From ristrettos and gran lungos, to macchiatos and cappuccinos, this machine does it all! The machine is a little spendy but if you like to customize your coffee to your liking, the Creatista machines give you the most brewing flexibility than all others. The only “limitation,” if you want to call it that, is that it doesn’t brew large cups of coffee (5oz) but will get you most of the way there with the gran lungo setting at 4.4oz. The Original Line machines also use pressure as opposed to centrifusion (fast spinning) and results in a better extracted shot of espresso and better tasting coffee than the Vertuo line. Get this machine! You won’t be disappointed!

I haven’t stopped by a coffee shop after purchasing my Nespresso machine. I absolutely love it and worth every penny! :)

I’ve had this machine for a little over 2 years. Best cup of coffee and latte ever.

I truly don't understand all of the negative reviews. My first unit worked for about 5 years without issue. I clean the frother and descale whenever the machine prompts me. Having owned a manual espresso machine prior to this one, I find the maintenance to be minimal. As far as service goes, I have had to replace the water tank at their expense and recently had to send my machine in for repair. The repair did not work and I was sent a new machine at their expense. Every cup has been excellent. Milk froth varies a bit but is always acceptable. My favorite coffees are the Ristretto and the Roma and I always use the minimum milk. Every machine will require maintenance. I find the automatic guidance on this machine to be excellent and easy to follow. The machine is light enough to just pull out from under the cabinet slightly for the maintenance routines.

Great machine while it lasted. Started to leak internally after warranty expired right around 26 months!

I’ve had my share of at home coffee makers and can confidently say this is the best at home coffee! It’s easy because you use pods and has pre-programmed drink styles but gives you flexibility in so many ways too like amount of foam, milk temp, espresso size, and pod choice! It’s worth every penny and saves money in the long run if you’re buying lattes out!

I’ve had my nespresso machine for over three years now and it works just as great as they day I purchased it. The machine is user friendly, easy to clean, and modern looking. I use this machine at least three times a week to make my favorite lattes at home!

I have owned various different Nespresso machines since early 2000s and this is by far my favorite machine. Looks great on my counter.....Big Plus in my book. Simple to use as always but I far prefer the the steam wand technology over prior Nespresso Milk Frothers (different variations of Aeroccino3). I have no issues with the cleaning maintenance required. It is a minor annoyance only, if even that. Taking care of a quality item is " just part of the gig." My last Nespresso machine lasted over 10 years. Minor wear and tear issues that required daily clean ups made me get new one. Amaziingly, it is still functional and it is my back up now.

So easy to use and love the espresso drink options.

I an so glad I have my own now! My mornings are simpler and I get to try a new batch of beans whenever I want. I also love the pod recycling program, because this was a major drawback for me when looking at single use pods.

This is like having a coffee shop in your home, so many options! Cappuccinos come out delicious, everything is customizable, from the temperature of the coffee, the milk, the level of froth. I really love this machine, it is expensive but it’s really worth it to take your coffee to the next level.

I received this for Christmas and love it!! I used to go to Starbucks daily for lattes and haven’t been back!!

I bought this machine 3 days ago and the coating on the select knob is already falling off with light use (how many coffees can I possibly make in a few days). It is ridiculous for such cheap quality of a machine that’s worth almost $1,000. My last machine worked for 7-8 years and it was fine. Given the first few days of use, I have my reservation on how long this machine will last and keep its good look. I must say I am extremely disappointed.

I just received my creatista today and have already made my family and myself multiple great lattes and cappuccinos. Super easy. I love this machine.
