Creatista Pro

Excellent. Consistent coffee brewed fast. I am very happy and I have had machine for over four years. Make 3 to 5 coffees daily.

Have had the Creatista Pro for 3 years now and still going strong. I got a great deal on it too on a subscription plan. No concerns about the 4 monthly or so descaling process. I love that it keeps the machine in tip top condition. Have had no issues whatsoever and the machine still looks new. We love all the recipe options. The kids even use it for heating milk for their hot chocolates!

I purchased this machine just over two years ago. It has worked well up until now, but it is just out of warranty. It has become stuck in descale mode and will not allow use of the machine until cleared / reset which the consumer is not able to do. Generally though, the machine is nowhere near as easy to use as my old nespresso machine, it was very expensive, and to die after just two years is not acceptable. It gets used for one cup of coffee a day so it has not been overused. I can not recommend this product.

This is our second Nespresso machine and where we have been so happy with both of our machines the Creatista Pro is a standout. It does everything we need. The instructions are easy to follow too.

We purchased our machine 23 months ago, and have been very happy with it. My wife likes latte's and flat whites where-as I like my coffee hot and black. The machine gets a lot of work being used 5 or 6 times a day and my cup is so big, I use 2 pods at a time. All coffee is perfect - never missed a beat. We purchased using the 2yr plan - no regrets.

COLD coffee every time DO NOT buy this machine you will be very disappointed. Even when putting temperature to the max coffee is Luke warm at best. I wish i could get my money back. Nespresso should recall this machine and fix this as it is a real issue.

Think I have had this machine a couple of years now and in that time it had gone back to be fixed multiple times and every time it comes back to me, there is another issue, now the wand sits at a funny angle and won’t line up with the hole, and it also no longer does a full cycle of the wand clean, it just tells you to clean the holes then it rinses, it use to ask for the water jug, and this was after it was fixed, it kept going back because of multiple reasons, the main one being it wouldn’t froth milk, it clogged up, it wouldn’t heat up , it wouldn’t come out of descale mode and this started within 3-4months of receiving it, it’s starting to play up again and I’m just going to wait for it to die, I’ve given up on calling customer service, they keep asking for it to come back to be fixed, I’m tired of sending it back, it’s an inconvenience, I have given 3 stars, because when it works, it works fantastically!! I think mine is a dud.

I brought this coffee machine for my husband for Christmas, he said its the best coffee machine ever. Makes perfect personalised coffees and we like the milk pipping hot. It looks complicated to set up but it was actually very easy. Highly recommend.
