For optimal milk texturizing, use fresh, refrigerated full cream or skim milk. It is recommended to use the milk jug provided with the machine.

Yes, Creatista Pro extracts coffee and froths milk simultaneously.

It is recommended emptying and cleaning the capsule container every day. You may also rinse the steam wand in the setting menu after each use. A damp, soft cloth is recommended for wiping over the machine and steam wand.

In addition, it’s recommended that you perform the ‘Milk System Cleaning Procedure monthly or when the display shows “Clean Steam Wand”. It takes approximately 10 minutes. Go to settings, select “clean steam wand” and follow the on screen instructions.

Descale when prompted on-screen – this takes approximately 15 minutes.

Please note that the machine will stop you from continuing use if the descale cycle has not been performed after 30 uses. A “lockout” countdown will appear to alert you of number of uses remaining. To descale your machine go to the settings menu and select “Descale”, then follow the instructions on screen.

Open the settings menu, scroll down to find “Factory reset” and follow the on screen instruction.

No parts of the machine are dishwasher safe and should not be put in the dishwasher.

However, the stainless steel milk jug that comes with the machine can be put into the dishwasher.
