I love my machine never had a issue with it this is the best machine I ever purchased and I have bought lots of different coffee machines before and I’ll never go back to any other machine or coffee again.

I have had my OL Mini Nespresso machine for 4 years. Moved that to my work and got the Vertuo. We love that machine too! We love the quality of Nespresso so we had to get the best which is this one! The Creatista Pro is worth it for your place. It looks very sharp, easy to use and has a beautiful color touch screen. The quality of the beverages is great and the fact that the steam wand cleans itself each time you use it, makes this the ideal choice if you don't want to spend forever taking apart pieces and cleaning them like with some other machines. Just got this machine this week and I couldn't be happier!! The Nespresso capsule storage container that is sold that is glass and has the stainless steal lid matches and compliments this machine perfectly.

I reviewed most of the reviewers here and I agree with all. Well, it is advertised that the machine will make coffee (espresso) and froth milk simultaneously and there is even a video on this here on Nespresso site; however, it is not the case. Although it has two heating elements, it doesn’t do those two function simultaneously and from other websites I read, it has something to do with the Voltage. Just something t o keep in mind. Other than that, it is a great espresso/milk coffee maker.

I like this machine and use it every day. However, after about 1.5 years it just started leaking a lot of water all over the counter every time we made a cup of coffee. It was still under warranty but I have to now ship the entire machine back for repairs and the process could take a couple of weeks, more or less (I am told). I close friend has the same machine and her steam wand stopped working after about 6 months as well. So I am questioning the quality of these machines.

I use my machine daily. It's so fun to be creative and try new types of drinks and coffees. This machine is super user friendly and I save so much money now that I make my own coffee. I highly recommend!!

The Creatista Pro machine is a machine with manufacturing defects. When you go to heat the milk for your coffee, the machine turns off by itself. It is a manufacturing defect, DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE IT DOESN'T WORK!

Not worth it This machine doesn't froth milk properly and we've tried different brands and types. It just doesn't cut it. The only thing we've got at the end is the look of the machine, not how it makes coffee. Our old Inissia were just as good if not better at making espressos. If we'll discover a magic setting for the frothing I'll update the review but for now we're disappointed with this machine.

I purchased Creatista Pro for the most possible options and for on screen instructions to prepare milk based beverages. I appreciate the on screen cleaning instructions. This is an investment machine that provides the best Nespresso experience today.

I purchased the Creatista Pro after I spent some type with my daughter and son in-law and they owned the Creatista Plus machine. My very first cup I was hooked and could not get enough of the incredible coffee that this machine brews. So, I purchased the Creatista Pro in December of 2019 as a gift to myself. What can I say, good bye Keurig and welcome the Pro!! Never does this machine make a bad cup of coffee. I have even programmed my own recipes into the machine. Great Machine

This had made my morning coffee into so much more. The steam pipe is unbeatable and we use it for any time we need milk frothed or steamed/heated. It works. wonderfully with milk alternatives too; almond milk froth likes a dream. The coffee extraction is excellent and the different flavours from each pod are exceptional. There is a coffee for everyone on this machine, the touch screen is super easy to use. From an American to extracting an espresso shot for an affogato dessert, this machine truly does everything. It's also beautiful to look at on the counter too, very clean and attractive. 100% worth the money.

This one is similar to the other one I reviewed but I like that each machine is different than the other I would say this one is the most similar to the breville creatista the features and everything . For these machines I only recommend using Nespresso capsules because I feel you get the most out of it when using it that way .

Very nice machine if you like to froth your own milk. Nespresso is a great consistent product and the capsules are quality. The pump on this system is strong and for a home machine I would recommend it.

Creates perfect lattes and cappuccinos! At first I thought it was complicated but once you figure it out and try one of the spectacular concoctions you’re hooked!!

I especially love the ability to customize the temperature of my drink and save my favourite options for future drinks. I also enjoy having the second spout for the hot water when making an americano. I even use it to make tea sometimes!

This is my 3rd Nespresso machine. I have the smaller Breville Nesspresso machine that I travel with. But this machine, the Creatista Pro is by far my favorite. It's like going to a coffee shop and getting your coffee just the way you like it. During my dinner parties, its so nice when someone ask me if I can make them a flat white and I can reply "Absolutely!" I recommend this

This is absolutely the best Pods machine. I have been lucky enough to find one prior to its very lengthy backorder. Very eaey to use with its color touch screen. You can program and name your own personalised drinks. Best lattes ever! Waiting for it to be back in stock to by a second one for the city.

This machine has cut my monthly coffee budget by 70%. But has not cut my coffee addiction at all. Thanks to my sister for the gift as it has been a life saver!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned and used Keurig machines and a much smaller Nespresso machine prior to this, and neither can hold a candle to the Creatista Pro. Makes sense—the Pro certainly cost way more than any other "capsule" coffee maker I've ever used. I found that with Nespresso-made capsules, the coffee was surprisingly quite tasty, even black (as an Americano), especially compared to other brands, so after a few experiments, I stuck with Nespresso capsules. The milk frother works well, but the guide doesn't help much with determine the proper amount of milk to use, so I ended up having to experiment a bit with that. The touchscreen seems a bit superfluous at first, but I found it to be super helpful with the maintenance and daily cleaning tasks. It also made me more confident to ask others to clean the machine as it walks through everything step-by-step (rather than asking them to read a manual).

This fits so well on our desk at work and it is easy and convenient to use. It makes delicious espresso and we're able to recreate some of our favorite coffee shop drinks without leaving work to spending 10 minutes in the drive thru. Cleaning the machine after use is very simple. It is very high quality and the on screen instructions to create your drinks make it almost foolproof! I love my new Creatisa Pro!

Touch pad for selecting coffee brewing type, selecting temperature , frother for milk is awesome. I can customize my coffee and save the customization for next time which is very helpful. It also has a hot water feature which helps in adding more water to my americano coffee. Milk frothing begins immediately after coffee brewing so coffee doesn't get cold. The used coffee capsules holder is easy to see. The cleaning of the frothing wand as well as the base is very easy. The variety of nespresso coffee pods is absolutely amazing, I already ordered more nespresso capsulesfrom nespresso. Being working from home it absolutely must have to get the best coffee at home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that the Breville Nespresso creatista pro gives you endless options. You can make a cafe latte, ristretto, espresso, lungo, americano, flat white, cappuccino, or macchiato. If that's not enough, you can dispense piping hot water by pressing the button on the top right-hand side to make yourself tea, or scroll down to the "milk only" option and whip up some steamed milk for a matcha latte. From the touchscreen, you can even customize the temperature of your milk, or drink individually. There's also options to select the amount of froth, and how many ounces of espresso you'd like the machine to dispense.  Some other helpful tidbits: The milk steaming wand is self-cleaning, and will squirt out water into the drip tray (clean and dump the tray as needed). The machine releases the used capsules into a storage drawer, until you're ready to dispose of them.  If the top of the machine won't close, make sure the capsule is pushed in fully, using your index finger. The machine will not close, or dispense, until it is.  Also, If you set your water hardness, the machine will tell you how often to descale it, to ensure that you get the best tasting beverage.  This is a wonderful machine, and it doesn't take up a lot of counter space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Creatista Pro from Nespresso is pretty epic. The options it gives you in one little machine is awesome. For starters the size is great and fits perfectly on my counter under my cabinets. It's easy to setup and use daily. The LED screen is great and so simple to use. The nine different types of coffee is great but the frothing and different textures bring it to a whole new level. The only two things that bug me is that when the coffee splash in the cup when being made, I constantly am wiping the front of the machine down. Also, the water tank is in the back and I have to pull the whole machine out, turn it sideways, refill it and then pus it back under the cabinet.

That said, this machine far exceed both of our expectations - it delivers such fast coffee - hot and perfectly done for us. Once we figured and personalized our setting - it makes our coffee routine so much more smoother. This machine is so so sleek and fancy in my kitchen! It doesn’t take as much space on the counter. It definitely is such a great addition!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This particular item is bigger than I had thought but it fit perfectly in the corner on the far end of the counter. It was easy to set up and easy to use. It’s also not hard to clean either. My husband is one happy man right now
