Wish I had bought a basic pod machine.

We move from a basic pod machine to this model to avoid having to heat the milk separately. Unfortunately we are disappointed in the coffee it produces as it tastes watered down (which happens when the machine adds milk). We have since purchased a basic milk frother and the coffee tastes better again, however we are now stuck with a massive machine plus a milk frother. It also requires more regular cleaning.

I bought this machine 6 months ago and have only used it a handful of times. Wasted many coffee capsules and lots of milk. Does not heat the milk hot, always lukewarm. Have gone back into store making a complaint 3x and have requested to be shown how to use the machine and I was not shown as the assistant was not sure how to use the machine. I had requested a refund and was informed it was not possible as it had been used. Mind you this was not even a week after purchase. It now sits on my bench out of use. Don’t waste your money on this machine!

The milk frother on this machine is useless, sometimes takes 3 goes to get milk instead of steam and hot water. Have already sent it back for repair once, worked for a couple of weeks but started doing same. Really disappointed

This machine doesn’t seem to be working right at all. It has been descaled twice within a two week period, it doesn’t fill cups at all, overheats (flashing lights) if you want to make a second cup. Is there something we are missing?

This model is brutal. Worked great for a year, and then became very inconsistent - even after cleaning and descaling machine would work 3-4x and then start acting up again. Quite embarrassing when you're making coffees for guests and it doesn't work properly.

I bought this machine a few months ago and since the beginning, water seems to leak sporadically and even ruined my counter tops. I couldn't be bother to return it because I live far away from where I purchased it and I'm just frustrated to buy a new product that is faulty.

I bought this Machin yesterday and I was embarrassed in front of my friends when it did not work!!. It's the worst device I've ever seen, it doesn't work very well. It took half an hour to give coffee and on repeatedly and press all the buttons with intervals. and finally 3 lattes, cappuccinos. Flat white all the same !!and the volume was very small and non-standard!!!! i do not recommend at all !

Milk doesn’t froth at all even with 1% or 2% milk fat , lots of water and steam before to my cup…I prefer my simple old plain nespresso machine with my milk froth a part …

I just purchased the Gran Lattissima yesterday and am already impressed with it. I like that you can customize the amount of milk or water you want in your drinks. I bought it to replace a super automated machine, thinking it would be faster and it really is. I can make 2 lattes much faster than with my old machine.

This product is not worth it at all. Everything mentioned in the features above is a true lie. It doesn’t make proper milk drinks at all. The foam is so misleading. Not at all great for cappuccinos or macchiatos. I thought since this machine has the attachment for milk froth it will good and worth it. But no!!!! Plus the size of coffee pods and the amount of coffee that comes out is not good too. It’s just all water in 2 secs.
Me and my husband are really disappointed and dissatisfied with this product. Not convenient for cleaning as well (the milk dispenser)

This machine is great when it works. Since i had it, it stopped working after it goes into descaling mode. Machine wont come out of the descaling mode. It was sent back twice already and i will be sending it back for the third and final time tomorrow. I will require a replacement or refund . DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS UNIT!

Coffee is OK, but milk foam rarely works. Even after cleaning, it works 1 out of 10 times. You can have the same results with a much less espensive machine. I do not recommend Gran Latissima machine.

I got this machine thinking I paying more because it’s better and nope !!! Me and my mom hade the same coffee using the same button and on coffee was half of the other because the milk has a hard time coming out !! So it’s never the same coffee all the time

After more than a decade we finally upgraded our Latissima Plus to this Gran Lattisima machine. Never regretting. Wonderful recipes. Cappuccino works perfectly. Very easy to operate and clean. I like the white-clour up to date design.

Makes great coffee, like all Nespresso Machines. Milk attachment is very inconsistent, and most often produces just steam and hot water, not hot milk or foam. Have tried cleaning the unit before and after a coffee preparation and it is always inconsistent at best. Wasted many capsules attempting to make a Latte when no milk comes out. Have a Lattissima Touch also, and have had no problems with the milk attachment on it. Bad design that does not work well.

We prefer our Lattissima One machine over the Gran Lattissima. The Gran Lattissima, although loaded with more features, is very temperamental and inconsistent. For some reason, we have to hold the milk frother up against the machine to make it work (perhaps because it is too heavy when full?) and it takes forever to froth. The frother is also very difficult to clean since there are more and bigger components. We will be returning the Grand Lattissima shortly. I would not recommend this product.

I have similar problems to Nelly’s Nespresso machine ??? Making Espresso or coffee without milk is fine but trying to use the milk forget it instead of making a cappuccino it gave me next to nothing. The milk doesn’t come out the way it’s suppose to like Nelly said when the machine is dry fine trying to make more is useless.It’s like the milk has a hard time coming out of the nozzle.
