Sadly this further is not quick and easy, the buttons don't work and the milk is luke warm upon heating it.im going to return.

The milk frother on my original machine broke and I tried regular milk with my espressos but meh As someone who cherishes their morning latte, I knew I needed to buy a frother. I read through all the reviews here carefully and decided to give the Aeroccino4 a try. Here are my thoughts: 1. the design is beautiful, thoughtfully designed and expensive materials. this is not a cheap frother. in fact, it says in the manual, if you drop it, stop using it. this is not for the kids. 2. this is not a 2 cup machine. It only fits enough milk for one latte. Do not go over 4oz. The first time I used it I tried to go by guidelines and choose top level and it overflowed. Luckily, all you need to do is push the button or take it off the heating element and it quickly stops. 3. a bunch of reviewers were confused about the four choices, there are detailed visual explanations included in the box. And suggestions for how to use each feature. The way I experience them is Cold foam, hot milk, more milk less foam, lots of foam. 4. the foaming is excellent and the temperature is hot. way better than milk frother included with my old machine 5. i am not going to use washing machine, it's easy to hand wash the parts and easy to put back together Overall I am pleased but it's not for everyone, only people who love the authentic cappucino experience at home and don't want to settle for less than a coffee shop taste. it's worth it to me.

I have had mine for at least 5 years, still works perfectly! The rim of the lid has a small bit broken off, and the top of the spring mount inside also broke off, but the frother still functions great regardless. Makes great hot and cold foam and hot milk.

I should have believed the reviews that claimed this product fails pretty quickly. I got, maybe, 100-125 cappuccinos out of this device before it died on me. Not worth the money.

I’ve had two of these. Love them while they work until they don’t. First one I did wash in dishwasher regularly however it shorted out after 3 months. They sent me a replacement and since then I’ve always washed them by hand only. Although I love the froth and have to say it works well with soy milk and regular milk I find I have to replace them after about a year or a year and a half. And this is my main reason for the two star rating. Both of my aerocinos developed a spot that always burnt on after about one years worth of use and since then it’s a pain because the milk tastes burnt and it’s a pain to clean as the burnt milk really sticks. Unfortunately, they only have a one year warranty thus making spending this much money on a frother that will only last me a year useless.
