A good little machine. Quite loud & the mechanics of locking the capsule holder is quite clunky though.

Great unit. It's the number FIVE Nespresso Machine—yes, it's number five—and it gets to travel in the truck to all sorts of places. It operates off a Bluetti genset and works as every good little coffee machine should. It is paired with a little white Nespresso unit that uses the "original pods." The Vertuo is popular, and the team like the 80ml pods. Depending on the day, the bigger pods also get a run. The Nespresso units are all easy... we do our best to keep them clean - Friday is rinse/soak and get them ready for the next week. Vertuo Pods - it would be good if we could get them everywhere... A couple of hundred pods take up a bit of room when on the road - and we only fill up again if we are near our office...

I couldn't decide between 2 or 2 stars, so went the generous side. 12 months (almost to the day), and I'm just on my 3rd machine. The first one leaked after about 3 weeks, while the 2nd one decided to suddenly just spit and splutter out about 10-20ml of very sludge coffee. It is a little noisy for such a small baby, and it's inconvenient to find a box to send back, but still reasonably happy, as long as Nespresso is happy to replace a faulty machine.

We're on our second one now and they both leak like a sieve leaving a puddle of water on the counter top. Heading back to support to hopefully grade to a different model. As some have noted it makes waaaay toooo much crema! The water container is way too small for the cup sizes especially if you do a smalll flush after each cup to get rid of the grundgies!

I switched over to vertuo after drinking original capsules. Vertuo's coffee produces more crema, has a richer flavour and is overall much more satisfactory.

I always have an issue with the machine. The water container is small for a coffee machine where you can make coffee of 230ml.

This was my 2nd nespresso vertuo machine and this unit is nowhere as good. It's loud, it's more awkward to open and put new capsules in. The only really better aspect is the little bit of colour. ,

I bought one of the Pop machines to replace my old Nespresso machine after 10 years of service. It never missed a beat until the end.  Sadly this machine is no where near as good. Nearly everyday I turn it on, load my pod and press the white button and then boom, I get a flashing red light.  After speaking with Nespresso the only solution is to turn it off at the wall and do a factory reset and then try again. Meanwhile another pod is wasted and I am still waiting for my coffee. This machine is just not reliable. I hate it and regret buying it. I definitely do not recommend it

great little machine which takes up minimal space on the bench. this is the second vertuo I've had, and I Ove it. I use it with the aerocchino 4 milk frother.  the only tiny drawback is that the head is hard to open unless I use with hands, and the cup stand is useless, so I just don't use it.

bought this machine about a year ago, and still love it! takes up practically no room on the bench and makes a great cuppa. only 2 small gripes. The cup stand is useless, so I don't use it, and I find the top hard to open, and have to use 2 hands. My previous machine was a Vertuo Plus with motor assisted lift tech.  apart from that, I have zero complaints

Great compact coffee machine - Lots of beautiful superior taste options and I would have given 5/5 only due to fact that these pods are not readily available anywhere but online. (we did not know this until after purchase) This becomes a problem when traveling around our big country and, it was the reason for our purchase. Why oh why is it so difficult to get the pods ?

Christmas gift to myself and I’m IN LOVE!!! Making coffee is my favorite thing to do in the morning now.

The Vertuo Pop is very cute and works well, however you can't fit a large mug or cup under the section where the coffee is dispensed. The colours of the machines are very nice brightening up the kitchen. I have enjoyed the Pop machine and recommend it to all coffee lovers.

Perfect home coffee every time now I skip coffee while out.

The lady at the store was super helpful and guided me into how the machine works and runs and even had made me one from the display machine to show me physically. Amazing store!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firstly, let’s talk about the colour. I was very kindly gifted the aqua blue Vertuo pop and it makes a statement on my bench top! I really love the black and blue contrast. I think if it was all aqua, it may have been too much. The simple design means you can confidently start using the machine from the first go. I would say that if you’re a person living with a disability in the form of hand weakness or paralysis, you may find it difficult to open the capsule area to insert the pods. When the vertuo is in action, it is quiet and makes a brilliant crème. The coffee taste it’s self is lovely with Nescafé giving you a choice of pods to pick from. Cleaning and removing the pods from the machine is also really easy. The coffee taste itself is smooth and deep. I personally like the richer flavour capsules however it’s personal preference. So happy to have this in my kitchen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is probably the most compact coffee machine, it fits in our kitchenette perfectly and makes a decent espresso. Since it's so small it doesn't have the milk frothing function so I top up with regular milk myself. Overall I enjoy this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this product from Influenster and Nespresso in return for my honest review. I’ve been using this little machine for the last week now and have found a few pros and cons to mention. Firstly she’s cute but could be better , because I didn’t get to choose the colour of my machine I was given red . This is not a colour I would typically choose and some of the others like the mint , blue and yellow are much nicer in my opinion. But they all throw a little 80’s vibe to me and aren’t timeless little units that would suit all decor styles. But the size is so compact and handy that I’d be willing to overlook that because hey convenience and space saving is so helpful. The coffee tastes like barista made coffee / I do steam my own milk with my coffee machine that I already have because it didn’t come with a milk frother and I’m a latte girl . I was given a 12 pack of samples once I contacted the customer service team ( they were super helpfu) and have had a few different types now none of them are super bitter which I love . There’s an app that connects to wifi and Bluetooth which I’m yet to find out what it’s real function is apart from being able to order coffee from . Which brings me to the biggest con - you cannot buy the pods for this anywhere except online which is a bit annoying but they offer subscriptions ect and at around $1.15a coffee you kinda have to appreciate the savings especially at the moment so putting in one big payment to make sure you get an order in can help later on .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before getting this machine i used to buy pods and put them in a french press. I must say that using the same pods in my machine the difference is incredible. I get the perfect brew every time and so much beautiful froth. Plus i love the variety and ease of ordering nespresso pods online. The machine is very compact and sleek, I’m able to use it without bluetooth and its so easy to make a coffee or clean. I haven’t gotten used to changing the pods though as i feel you need to use a bit of force to close and lock it so use two hands. Everything thing else has been perfect the machine is so well made i know it will last years, i would love a plain hot water setting so i can throw away my kettle!
