Limited edition Il Caffè takes you right to the heart of the classic Italian espresso experience. Vietnamese and Indonesian Washed Robustas graced with a little Colombian Arabica hit that punchy combination of smooth, velvety taste and roasty, cereal aromas.

ORIGIN
We began with two powerful Washed Robustas—from Vietnam and Indonesia—to form the base, and added a touch of Washed Colombian Arabica, to round out the blend, and bring a touch of acidity.

AROMATIC PROFILE
A Robust coffee full of roasty cereal notes, Il Caffè also has hints of peppery spice, adding to its intensity. A smooth, velvety texture leads to a lingering aftertaste, making this coffee one you won’t quickly forget.

ROASTING
The Robusta beans are roasted to build intensity and boldness. The Colombian Arabica is roasted for a longer time, but lighter, preserving their acidity and developing slightly nutty notes.
