In 2017, Puerto Rico lost nearly 80% of its coffee to hurricanes. In partnership with the Hispanic Federation, Nespresso’s REVIVING ORIGINS program is working to help independent farmers replant their land and build a more sustainable future. The result is worth the wait. Once dubbed the coffee of royalty, Cafecito de Puerto Rico is an intense, creamy espresso punctuated by aromatic notes of cocoa and black pepper. It is currently available in limited supply but every year we’ll aim to bring you more of this delicious espresso, benefiting the local farmers.

Single origin blend of Latin American Arabicas from the island of Puerto Rico.
AROMATIC PROFILE
Intense and creamy flavor of the espresso reveals an aromatic bouquet of dark cocoa, pepper and brown spice. Perfect on its own, Cafecito de Puerto Rico also mixes well with cream and brown sugar for a typical “Café Cortadito.”
