Limited edition Il Caffè takes you right to the heart of the classic Italian coffee experience. We land that punchy combination of smooth, velvety taste and roasty, cereal aromas by blending Vietnamese and Indonesian Washed Robustas with a little Colombian Arabica.

ORIGIN
This blend features bold yet smooth washed Robustas from Vietnam and Indonesia; we blend in a touch of Washed Colombian Arabica to bring a hint of acidity, and round out the blend.

AROMATIC PROFILE
Sipping Il Caffè is a complete Italian coffee experience: intensity with beautifully complex cereal and roasted notes, a velvety texture, and wood and cocoa aromas followed by a lingering aftertaste.

ROASTING
The beans for this coffee are split roasted: we give the Robustas a darker roast for intensity, and a lighter but slightly longer roast of the Colombian Arabica preserves acidity and develops a hint of nuttiness.
