  • 40ml coffee
  • 50ml grapefruit juice
  • 60ml sparkling water
  • 30ml pineapple juice
  • 1/2 tsp peach syrup
  • Fresh peach slice
  • Ice cubes

Method

Step 1 of 5

Fill Gran Lungo glass 3/4 full with ice cubes.

Step 2 of 5

Fill shaker 1/2 full with ice cubes, followed by all ingredients, ensuring coffee is last & stir to combine.

Step 3 of 5

Strain beverage into Gran Lungo glass, over ice.

Step 4 of 5

Slice a fresh peach, with a small cut so it can sit on the edge, of the glass.

Step 5 of 5

Run the peach around the rim, garnish and serve.
