What you’ll need

  • 80ml coffee
  • 110ml milk
  • 10ml passionfruit syrup
  • 160g ice cubes
  • Edible flowers

Method

Step 1 of 5

Using the Barista Cocktail Shaker, add 10ml of Monin Passionfruite Syrup, 110ml of milk and extract 80ml of coffee over top.

Step 2 of 5

Close the Shaker and shake vigourously for 20 seconds.

Step 3 of 5

Put 160g ice cubes into Reveal Cold Glass.

Step 4 of 5

Pour and strain the frappé mixture directly into the Glass.

Step 5 of 5

Optional: Garnish with edible flowers for a pop of colour.
