Lattis­sima One Shadow Black

I purchased this machine 2 years ago. I have had nothing but trouble with the milk frother. The single and double esspresso option work fine, but when I put milk to make a drink, it works 50% of the time correctly. Today it appeared to try to heat up, then all the lights started flashing and it would make nothing. I have had the frother replaced once and it worked correctly for a little bit and now it is constantly malfunctioning again.

I have the lattissma. It has been back for repair twice under warranty Nespresso refused to replace it with a new one the second time. Very disappointed in this product and Nespresso. They did say I would get free coffee with repaired machine but that didn’t happen either I now wonder how long before it stops working again. I would avoid buying this product from my experience

Had the previous model and disappointed. This model is less solid. Parts seem like they can easily break

I bought this machine around three months ago, it makes the best coffee, once you have set it to your requirements and found the coffee of your choice, it is fantastic coffee every time. A few comments have been made about being hard to clean the milk dispenser, not sure why, it's easy.

Very disappointed in this new Lattssima it is so hot it burns the coffee foam on top as well as the taste. My old Lattissimo still makes a much better coffee

I have owned this for 18 months, and have struggled with the constant cleaning ( we dont use the milk component) required to stop the coffee tasting bitter. I have an older machine. at use in another building that requires next to no cleaning. This machine has been sent back to Nespresso because of this but they assure me there is nothing wrong with it. Beware of this model. very poor design

I've been starting my days with the soothing hum of my Nespresso machine for about two years now. The main draw for me initially was the promise of easy homemade lattes and cappuccinos. However, I quickly learned that the frother, while decent, doesn’t exactly replicate the smooth consistency of a latte. It mainly produces a thick foam, and despite experimenting with different milk types to achieve that silky latte texture, I haven’t quite succeeded. Despite this, my affection for my Nespresso hasn't waned. I’ve come to cherish its quick and efficient operation—it’s simply perfect for my morning routine. Unlike waiting for a full pot of coffee, I can have a delicious cup ready in moments. The quality of coffee from the Nespresso pods is also a significant upgrade from regular packaged coffee; the flavors are rich and far superior. Visually, the machine is sleek and complements my kitchen aesthetics beautifully, adding to its appeal. While it might not fulfill all my café-style aspirations, it does ensure a delightful cup of coffee every time. I’ve grown to enjoy what the Nespresso can do rather than what it can’t. If you're considering one, know that while it might not replace your barista, it will consistently brighten your mornings with excellent coffee. Bought this coffee machine 5 months ago and only use it here and there. After pressing the coffee capsule, it won’t let me use the milk it just flashes all 3 lights, have restarted it, descaled, cleaned everything & same problem happens over & over again. Very disappointed after spending so much money on a coffee machine.

Easy to use, make perfect coffee every time. Love it so much I purchased another one for the summer home.

I have this machine at home and at work. I love being able to make high quality espresso with such a small profile machine. I do not use the frothing attachment, but my wife does and she loves it. The initial investment is high, but this machine will pay for itself in the long run.

This machine was a Christmas gift to myself and I love it! It is exactly what I was looking for- an espresso machine that makes specialty drinks without all the guesswork. I will say that if you want froth, use whole milk, otherwise you may just get steamed milk in your drink, which is still good. I purchased the white one and it looks great on my counter.

One of the best espresso machines I've ever owned. the coffee I can make with this is insanely good and the milk frothing is excellent. I love how compact and elegant it looks.

Simply easy to operate. Great cup of coffee. Quick to make say 4/6 coffees. Easy to clean.

I really enjoy making daily cappuccinos in this Nespresso Lattissima One machine. It runs like a dream. I noted from the directions the importance of keeping parts clean and I don’t find this a hassle. I always run hot water in the sink whilst making coffees then quickly drop all the parts in water for a quick soak and rinse, then go and enjoy my coffee. Froths enough milk for one mug, then I just add more milk for another mug and can keep making more coffees if friends are around - it’s all very easy and convenient. Would certainly recommend this Lattissima One machine.

This model has something wrong with a milk frother. I had to replace my machine within a year as it was unfixable and now I starting get problems with a new one. I use my machine only on weekends. Once I push milk button all lights start to blink. The troubleshooting explains it as overheating… and it was off a whole week.. For now, after a couple tries I am able to use it but wondering for how long… Very disappointed as my old model worked for years day in and out without any problems.

Milk frother stopped working after a year. Only using it for expresso now. Very disappointing.

This machine is good easy to use and really simple to clean. If you looked for a good cappuccino, latte, americano coffee , or espresso this is fine for you, but This machine is very compact, it will not give you as much coffee as the others in the Vertuo line, let's understand that this line of Original Line capsules, although they have little difference in measurements, is much less of an option if you want a lot of coffee. If you are a big fan of coffee and think you need more quantity, it is better to opt for a Vertuo capsule coffee maker. I have both. I love the aesthetics and minimalism of this coffee maker. I use it when I don't want to drink a lot of coffee. If I want more coffee, I use my vertuo machine.

I have been a Nespresso member since 2011. My original Latissimo lasted 10 years and was still working well since I sold it last year. I ordered this machine as it was a little smaller for our countertop. BIG MISTAKE! The milk frother stopped working after a year. I sent the machine in for repair under warranty and they sent it back and still did not work. they watched it on a video call and after 2 hours of diagnosing decided to replace it. I received 2 machines since that didn't work right out of the box. The 3rd machine worked for 2 weeks then quite. After calling them they tell me that it is past 2 weeks and they cannot replace it, it has to go for repair first. Again, I will be out of a coffee machine for another 2 weeks. I told them that clearly there is a problem with these machines that they need to address. I asked if they could credit me for a different machine. Nope, they will not take any responsibility for this. At this point, I am done with Nespresso!! I hope this is enough to warn people about the losey customer service!
