Vertuo Lattis­sima Matte Black

I love this machine! Yes, it doesn't get piping hot but its drinkable right away I have had the machine well over a year and no issues at all.

I'd have given this maybe 4 starts on day 1. But over time, the machine fails. Less than a year and the coffee stops brewing hot, the former deteriorates etc. it's not a bad machine, but it doesn't last long enough (12 months with 2 people using it) to justify the cost.

So quick and easy to set up and understand. I love the way that it brews my black coffee with a lovely foamy top. I’m looking forward to enjoying this for a long time to come!

Bought this machine a couple months ago, I am very impressed. A lot of flavours, you can taste the difference. I'll never go back to k cup again. My only wish is that you could dispense hot water only

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] About 2 months ago the company I work for got a Nespresso Machine. My first cup was like what's this. Its so different from what I'm use to Keurig. People who have Nespresso tell me that's what coffee is supposed to taste like. Took time to get use to and then was hooked. Told my wife about it and she said WE have no room on th kitchen counter. Immediately declined it regardless of what i said about the coffee but when she went walking with her friend one day afterwards she praised Nespresso and brought her a cup for the walk. She, like me. was hooked . we now have the new machine on the counter of our kitchen.

Great machine - connects to my phone well to enable timely and proper maintenance. Great coffee and love the various milk foam options

We purchased this to replace our older machine. Like the water reservoir on the back and easy to empty the used pods. Coffees brew up lovely and per correct size (per pod), lots of creama. The frother works well and comes apart easy to clean. Would recommend.

The machine malfunctions all the time. Vertuo Round Head was way better.

I have this coffee machine for two weeks and love it.

I bought this a month ago. I like the size choice. Basically it is a well thought out design. Most of all I like Nespresso coffee. There is nothing like it. Your coffee and machines make a great marriage.

Switched from being a long time keurig fan and woah I wish I did it sooner. Such luxury in a simple cup of joe.

Coffee is not hot enough. Water container is small. Weighs a lot.

Love the fact I get my cappuccino’s and latte’s with the push of a button! Use mine everyday.

An excellent machine for someone who loves cappuccino and latte, but doesn't care for latte art, or the varieties of the froth types.

Have this machine for a couple months now, and I really like being able to make a cup of coffee and then put in some steamed milk. The result is a cup of fresh hot coffee. Previously I would have to microwave the milk separately so it didn't cool down the delicious Nespresso too much... No need for that anymore! My only complaint is that it seems to produce a lot of foam

This review is for my 1 year old machine. It has had problems with the milk frother from day 1. I need to unplug the power to reset the machine before every use. If I don't all of the lights flash red and I then have to unplug the machine and carefully open it (so I don't lose the pod) and reset it to start again. The routine is now part of making coffee in the morning. If you're not using the frother it works fine! The other day it just plain wouldn't start even after a restart.

I bought this machine a month ago, hoping I would love it. Well, I like it but I don't love it as much as I had hoped. I have a Pixie originaline that I used to make great americanos for the last 10 years, and thought I should branch out. Unfortunately, my Vertuo does not make as good of americanos and it is a hassle even trying to make one. There is no button to just add hot water, and so you either have to hit the cleaning cycle or empty an old pod and use it to get hot water. Those are both work-arounds and seem to mess up the machine's brains a bit because I have had to reboot it quite a few times to even make that work. Also, the coffee has a thick, bitter foam with large bubbles on top, not like the smooth crema from my Pixie. The milk frother seems to work well, but I don't use it a lot. Overall, I expected more.

I bought this machine one year ago, and I am so happy with it. I love iced lattes with almond milk, and this is the best way to personalize each to my taste.

I purchased my machine in March 24 and it was very noisy to begin with but thought well it's a different machine from our other Nespresso machines we have had so probs just the norm. By June every second day I would have error code 1760 (Machine too hot). I descaled it, reset it to default factory settings as per Nespresso advice. Problem was still there but pretty much every time I went to use it. I have wasted dozens and dozens of pods.I have never had any issues with Nespresso service they have always been fantastic... until now! In the past they send you a new machine if it's in warranty and due to not our fault but not this time. The machine wasn't even 4 months old and I have to send it in for them to look at it minimum 10 - 15 days once they receive it so pretty much a whole month for them. In that time no loan machine like they used to and Im without coffee. This has made me furious and safe to say has really put me off Nespresso for the future. I'm awaiting the machine to come back and safe to say he moment it makes an unusual sound I will be demanding a full refund and will purchase another machine. Very disappointing in the service care from Nespresso. this is obviously a dud machine and I expected much better than this. Sorry to say but I wouldn't recommend this machine or Nespresso at this point of time anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this about 3 months ago and I love it. I used to be a regular at the coffee shops and this has helped me cut some costs while still enjoying smooth espresso flavor at home.

STAY AWAY! This thing needs constant service and you get ZERO advanced notice. You will go to make a cup of coffee and lights will start flashing saying service is needed. WELL, you just wasted a pod. This happens at least once a week, at least. The engineers and product management team that designed this piece of crap should all be fired. As a mechanical engineer I am embarrassed for our profession by this design.

I have the machine for about the month and I love my own cappuccinos and lattes

Have had the machine for about 6 weeks and love it. The milk attachment is a game changer as now you get perfect milk with perfect foam easily and every time. It is pretty straightforward to use, once you realize that the milk apparatus is stored in the refrigerator and thus does not need to be cleaned every day (I do mine once per week as well as the automatic clean after every coffee) Only small niggles about the machine is that the pod storage is quite small - only about 8 capsules and there is a waste water tank underneath whose purpose I do not understand and the lock mechanism tends to partially relock when opened which makes inserting the next capsule not work if you do not notice.
