Bring Back is a benefit offered by Nespresso Romania,from 01.08.2022 until 01.08.2023,to all customers with an active Nespresso member account or who register as a Nespresso Member between 1.08.2022-1.08.2023 and choose to replace their old or unrepairable original Nespresso espresso machine with a new machine or reconditioned one.

Version 1.The BuyBackyyy.xxx.xxx.xxx code received by e-mail can be used for the next espresso machine order,and the Bring Back benefit applies to all Nespresso ranges: Original, Vertuo as well as Professional.

Version 2 consists of a voucher in the form of a unique discount code received by the customer by e-mail,upon choosing a subscription. This voucher can be used to place an order higher than its value,after the subscription has become active on the account.It can be used until the end of the subscription. The Nespresso representative will give you the right voucher depending on the type of espresso machine you purchased with your subscription. The voucher represents a discount applied to the final value of the shopping basket and becomes active when you add the unique code in the dedicated field.

The customer can benefit on this in exchange for an espresso machine older than 4 years or declared unrepairable by the authorized Nespresso service unit,which the customer delivers to Nespresso,in person or by courier,to the authorized Nespresso service unit,Swissteck Direct Services,at the address in Blvd.Iuliu Maniu,no.7,building O,Bucharest 061072,Romania.

After transferring ownership of the old/unrepairable espresso machine to Nespresso and completing the transfer of ownership form,Nespresso members will receive an email with the unique BuyBack code that they must use when ordering coffee espresso machines.The code has the following form:BuyBackyyy.xxx.xxx.xxx or BByyy.xxx.xxx.xxx.

The code received by e-mail,in the form BuyBackyyy.xxx.xxx.xxx,can be used for the next espresso machine order,and the Bring Back benefit applies to all Nespresso ranges:Original Line,Vertuo Line as well as Professional.

The code received by e-mail,in the form BByyy.xxx.xxx.xxx,can be used by ordering online in order to obtain a discount,while the respective subscription is active.

Conditions for granting the Bring Back voucher:

The coffee machine to be replaced must be original by Nespresso;
The coffee machine must have been on the market for at least 4 years or it must be declared unrepairable by the authorized Nespresso service unit by a service quote;
The customer must have an active account or register as a Nespresso Member between 1.08.2022-1.08.2023;
The customer must sign a contract of transfer of ownership for recycling or reuse by Nestle Romania SRL;
The customer must hand over the machine to Nespresso in person at the authorized Nespresso service unit,Swissteck Direct Services,at the address in Blvd.Iuliu Maniu,no.7,building O,Bucharest 061072,Romania or in Nespresso Boutique from Băneasa Shopping City,ground floor,Bucharest,Nespresso Boutique from AFI Palace Cotroceni,ground floor,Bucharest,Nespresso Dorobanti 210,Bucharest;
The customer must purchase an espresso machine through official Nespresso channels.
