Service offered is free of charge during the coffee machine is under manufacturer’s warranty and if it was bought in the country of repair. The repairs executed out of manufacturer’s warranty are charged differently by the model.

Nespresso will pick-up your machine at your preferred address
Nespresso will provide you with a loan machineLoan machines exclude milk frothers or milk devices while yours is being assessed, so you never have to go without your coffee.
The machine will be returned back to the pick-up address and all repairs are covered with a six-month warranty.
