Cleaning

• Unplug device when not in use for a long period and before cleaning.Allow to cool down before putting on or taking off parts,and before cleaning the device.Remove the device from the base before cleaning.
• Please make sure the bottom of the device and area underneath the base is dry,especially the connector area,prior to use.Electricity and water together can cause a fatal electric shock.
• Never immerse the base in water.Electricity and water together can cause a fatal electric shock.
• All the components of the device,including the jug,are dishwasher resistant,with the exception of the base(base includes cable and plug),but cannot be washed at a temperature higher than 70 °C.Please check your dishwasher main cycle temperature prior to use.

The returned product must be in the same condition as delivered. Returns of products that show physical alterations, signs of excessive use, and/or unauthorized interventions, etc., are not accepted. For health protection or hygiene reasons, coffee and other food products purchased remotely are not accepted for return if the products have been opened. If these conditions are met, Nespresso will refund the amount corresponding to the products within a maximum of 14 days, exclusively to the card used for payment. After connecting to the socket, the device is ready to use. To turn off the device, unplug it.

Fill the jug to the 'max' indicator for frothing hot or cold milk. Press the 3rd button for light hot milk froth or the 4th button for a thick hot milk froth. The light hot milk froth (3rd button) was specially developed for preparing cappuccino, while the thick hot milk froth (4th button) was developed for preparing latte macchiato.

To prepare just hot milk, fill the jug to the 'max milk' indicator inside the jug and press the second button from the left.

For optimal milk froth, use whole or semi-skimmed milk, refrigerated (approximately 4-6°C). Milk that has been frozen will not produce froth. It is not recommended to use enriched milk, reconstituted powdered milk, or flavored milk. Do not add syrup, sugar, chocolate powder, or other additives directly into the jug, as they may damage the protective coating during preparation. You can use soy, almond, or oat milk. For individuals with lactose intolerance or milk allergies, we recommend using a separate device. The amount of froth depends on the nature of the beverage used and its temperature.

Make sure to clean the Aeroccino4 immediately after each use.

If you use a dishwasher, place all components, except the base, in the machine, at a maximum temperature of 70°C, but make sure not to place the jug directly on the spindle, as it may damage the inner protective layer.
If washing by hand, remove the jug from the base and wash the inside of the jug, lid, whisk, and spring with detergent, and rinse them with warm/hot water. Do not use abrasive materials that could damage the equipment's surface, and do not submerge it entirely in water.

Make sure the bottom of the milk frother is dry before placing the device back on the base.

All the components of the Aeroccino4, except the base, are dishwasher-safe. Place them on the top rack, and avoid temperatures higher than 70°C.

Yes, the device consumes less than 0.1 W in energy-saving mode (standby mode).

The maximum capacity of the device is 240 ml for preparing hot milk. For frothing milk, both hot and cold, the maximum capacity is 120 ml, sufficient to prepare two Nespresso Cappuccinos or one Nespresso Latte Macchiato. The maximum levels are indicated on the inner wall of the jug.

The preparation of cold milk froth and hot milk froth takes approximately 80 seconds. For hot milk, the preparation time is about 150 seconds. These durations can be influenced by various factors such as: the amount of milk, the nominal power at the device's operating location, which fluctuates throughout the day, the number of consecutive preparations, or the cleanliness of the jug.

The jug must be positioned correctly on a clean surface. The whisk must be properly attached in the jug. The device will only turn on if the connectors are dry.

In addition, make sure that the whisk and jug are clean. Also, it is not recommended to use specially enriched milk, reconstituted powdered milk, or flavored milk.

The device is too hot. Rinse it under cold running water. Check if the whisk is attached and positioned correctly.
There may not be enough milk in the jug. Make sure to fill the jug with milk up to one of the two 'max' levels.
Clean the device and make sure there is no water on the base.
